Functional safety compliance: automated.
hima360 Advanced compares the safety specification with how the plant actually operates, and monitors your functional safety compliance continuously. It works with HIMA and other SIS controllers.
Main and unit overview. A snapshot of all units and whether any action is required.
Prior use monitoring. The prior use of each standard device is calculated and documented automatically.
Operational SIL monitoring. PFD is calculated during operation, so you can verify that the real value stays within the calculated limit.
SIF performance monitoring. A compliance value for every safety instrumented function, with a target of 100%.

hima360 CMS gives continuous insight into your turbomachinery. It receives data from the vibration measuring system, including key phasor, shaft vibration and axial displacement, and shows both real-time and historical data.
Main functions: Monitor turbomachinery during ramp-up, operation and ramp-down, predict when maintenance is needed, and see the state of each machine at a glance.

Does hima360 only work with HIMA systems?
No. The platform is independent and connects to safety systems, control systems, engineering workstations, historians, ERP, asset management, cloud services, etc. hima360 works with both HIMA and other PLC controllers.
How is hima360 connected to our systems?
Data is collected through hima360 Connect, which acts as an OPC UA client. The platform also supports a range of established protocols, data models, and APIs. The solution is placed in line with the zones and conduits of your network architecture, on a hardened and secure foundation.
